Tui Na

Tui Na is a form of Chinese massage that dates back over 4,000 years. The treatment involves pushing and manipulating the muscles whilst working along acupuncture channels, stimulating acupressure points, removing stagnation, and enabling blood and Qi to flow freely, stimulating the body’s natural healing system.
There are many different techniques used during a tui na massage, some of the actions performed are deep and vigorous, while some are extremely gentle and subtle, the style used during a treatment will be dependent upon the patients’ health requirements.
Tui Na can help acute and chronic conditions such as

Lily is also trained in MET (Muscle Energy Technique) which is another form of muscle manipulation that helps to relieve and aid the recovery of musculo-skeletal conditions. The treatment duration of Tui Na is an hour and can be used alongside acupuncture, cupping or MET if appropriate.
